As the year comes almost to an end, I have faced some radical changes I would never think of a few weeks ago. Life sometimes pushes us outside of our comfort zone by letting people come in or walk away from your life, stirring up circumstances or shutting down some opportunities we have taken for granted.
In order to be successful (success means something different to each and every one of us), you have to make sure that you are ready for it. You can't harvest in autumn what you haven't planted in spring, as simple as it is.
You can't expect growth: a new position at work, a new relationship, new friends, broader network if you haven't put enough work into it. Nothing comes to us on a silver platter.
I want to encourage you to look back at the last months and think of the resolutions you had in January. Have you accomplished everything you desired? If not, what could be the reason?
