Fear can be either your worse enemy or your best friend. If you can recognise which part of you and why you have been afraid of something or someone, the fear itself can become your motivator and push you towards learning about yourself.

Going through major changes in life may result in fears of all kinds. You will be scared of things that you weren't aware of (or you wouldn't be fearful if not under pressure). There are also fears that you have carried with you for your entire life but have kept on denying them.

Please, listen to my podcast and share your thoughts with me

Sara A. Urbanietz has discovered her passion for working with people at a very early age. Her big adventure started when working with a business coach, Stephanie Ward, who pushed Sara outside of the comfort zone and encouraged her to share her story with the world.

At the age of 26, Sara reached a position of a business executive in a private company in the Netherlands. It took her four years to start from zero in a completely foreign country to achieve where she is now. Along with growing her career, Sara has been sharing the story of her massive weight loss (which took her a year) on Instagram to inspire people around the globe that any change is possible if you want it bad enough.
